From the very first visit looking for an engagement ring through to choosing our wedding bands, Kavalri were exceptional. The showroom is welcoming and beautifully presented, and the experience felt very personal and friendly from the start. We never once felt rushed, pressured, or like we were being oversold anything. They were incredibly patient and helpful throughout all of my indecision, which made the process genuinely enjoyable. The finished pieces are absolutely stunning and clearly very well crafted. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Kavalri to anyone looking for something special.

My partner and I bought my engagement ring from Kavalri and we absolutely loved the experience. The staff were so caring and helpful and made us feel really valued as customers without any pressure. It was very informative and we felt we got a good explanation of all the options so we could make the best decision for us. They have so many gorgeous, high quality rings and I have already had so many compliments on my ring. Could not recommend more and we will be back for our wedding bands!

We came to them with a vision of a unique pink diamond, they found the most perfect one, and worked this beautiful diamond into a gorgeous setting, we could not be happier! Cannot recommend Kavalri highly enough! Michelle and the team are fantastic and helped me pick my partners engagement ring and our wedding bands. They have a lovely show room and are very helpful for picking styles, learning about diamonds and metal choices. They have a huge selection of natural and lab grown diamonds so you can get exactly what you want.

Great experience with Kavalri. They helped us choose my fiancée's engagement ring and my wedding ring, and I couldn’t fault the service. They clearly explained the different diamond options, metals, sizing, and resizing, without ever being pushy. Gave me plenty of space to look around, try things on, and decide in my own time. Terry and I first visited Kavalri about a year ago to organise our engagement rings, and we recently returned for our wedding rings. On both occasions, the staff were incredibly welcoming, approachable and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all of our options, walked us through possible modifications, and offered thoughtful advice without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. They’ve also assisted us with ring sizing and cleaning, which we’ve really appreciated. The entire process from start to finish has been seamless and stress-free. The team were really friendly, approachable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I later went back to custom build the engagement ring and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
